1CI / 1DI metric banjo adapters are high-pressure hydraulic fittings from HAND HYDRAULIC, widely used in industrial hydraulic and fluid power systems. They are designed to connect rigid hydraulic tubes to threaded ports, providing stable, flexible and leak-free connections for heavy-duty hydraulic equipment.
This product line has two series for different pressure requirements:
1CI Light Series: Standard lightweight banjo fittings for regular high-pressure hydraulic use, with a maximum working pressure of 4000 PSI (varies by tube outer diameter).
1DI Heavy Series: Built with thicker tube walls for enhanced strength, supporting extreme working pressure up to 6000 PSI, perfect for harsh, heavy-load hydraulic applications.
All 1CI / 1DI metric banjo adapters feature a banjo bolt design with a 24° cone connector. Complying with DIN 7642standards, they fit perfectly with standard ferrules and lock nuts, offering easy installation and great versatility for hydraulic pipeline connection.
These adapters are mainly made of high-strength carbon steel (stainless steel available as an option). With premiumzinc-nickel platin surface treatment, they deliver outstanding corrosion resistance and wear resistance, ensuring long service life in complex industrial environments.
Widely applicable to construction machinery, mining equipment, marine hydraulic systems and industrial hydraulic stations, these adapters are universal high-pressure connection parts for metric hydraulic pipeline systems.
