The 1JFL series is a transition adapter for hydraulic systems. One end carries a JIC male 74° cone thread (SAE J514). The other end carries an L-series light flange.
This design lets you connect a JIC port to a flange-mounted hose or component without extra adapters. It cuts parts, shortens the assembly, and removes a potential leak point.
HAND HYDRAULIC machines the 1JFL series from solid bar stock. Each piece is CNC-machined, then pressure-tested before packing. Every unit leaves the factory with a plastic end cap over the sealing cone.
74° cone sealing face. The JIC male end seals on the 74° cone, a proven metal-to-metal seat for high-pressure oil lines.
L-series flange end. Matches SAE code 61 light-series flange dimensions for bolt-on connections.
17 standard sizes. Threads from U3/4" x 16 up to U2-1/2" x 12, flanges from 1/2" to 2".
Clean factory finish. Zinc-plated carbon steel as standard; stainless steel available on request.
Protected delivery. Plastic end caps keep threads and cones free of dirt and scratches in transit.

JIC is a US standard (SAE J514) for hydraulic fittings. The male end has a 74° cone seating face that seals against the female 37° flare seat. The 1JFL series combines this JIC male thread with an L-series flange end, so one adapter connects a JIC port to a flange-mounted hose or component.
The 1JFL series covers L-series (light series) flanges from 1/2 inch to 2 inches. The flange end matches SAE code 61 style light-series flange dimensions, with d1 from 30.2 mm to 71.4 mm.
Thread sizes run from U3/4 inch by 16 to U2-1/2 inch by 12 UNF. The 17 standard models cover 3/4, 7/8, 1-1/16, 1-5/16, 1-5/8, 1-7/8 and 2-1/2 inch JIC male threads.
